COVID-19: Nigeria Records 79 New Cases Of Coronavirus, Discharged 64 And 4 Deaths As At September 13

The whole world hopefully anticipates when the virus would stop spreading and when we will have little or no more cases. We are positive that this would not be our predicament forever. Nevertheless, We look forward to better days.

As of Sunday, September 13, 79 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Nigeria. The breakdown of the spread by state is as listed below:

Akwa Ibom-3
Oyo-2
Rivers-2
Delta-1
Plateau-1
Ondo-1

Since the beginning of the pandemic, Nigeria has recorded about 56256 confirmed cases,
44152 discharged cases and 1082 death toll from various Isolation centers across the country.

Let’s continue to follow the directives of WHO and other health institutions on keeping good hygiene, wearing face-masks, and practicing social distancing. Please stay at home if you feel sick or have been in contact with anyone who has the virus.
